Originally designed by Ken Blanchard and Phil Hodges and recently updated with content from Lead Like Jesus: Lessons from the Greatest Leadership Role Model of All Time, the Encounter experience is transformational. It’s a great two days provided by trained and certified Lead Like Jesus facilitators.
